      The "2019China-Korea High-end Powder Industry Forum" co-organized by the ShanghaiParticle Society, the Korea Nanotechnology Research Association, and theShanghai Center for New Materials and Applied Collaborative Innovation wassuccessfully held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center on June 4,2019.

       

      The forum washosted by Professor Su Mingxu, Vice President of Shanghai Institute ofTechnology and Shanghai Particle Society, from Sungkyunkwan University, BusanUniversity, Korea CPSTECH, UK Symphony, Korea Stone Mirror, SI Comtet, Korea C& C New Materials, A total of about 120 experts from Force Gas Group, EastChina University of Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Science andTechnology, Donghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and ShanghaiUniversity, as well as representatives of many Korean and Chinese companies,participated in the forum.

       

      Afterburner GasApplication Technology Manager brought the "Powder Production GasTechnology Solutions" report to the participants. The report points outthat China's powder industry has developed rapidly, and has become a largeindustry across industries and disciplines. It has a very important strategicposition in the entire national economy. Nanomaterials and powder technologyare also spread in all areas of our lives, and gradually change our lives. Nanopowders are currently widely used in fine electronic ceramics, lithium ionbatteries, advanced cosmetics, precision polishing, and special coatings,mainly including nano titanium dioxide, nano aluminum oxide, nano zirconia,nano barium titanite, nano cerium oxide, and nano oxidation. Silicon, nanometal composite powder, etc. Industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, andargon are indispensable in powder production. For example, in the production ofnano-powder, the oxygen spray is ignited to react, and the mixture is mixedwith oxygen to ignite to prepare nano-materials. In the new energy industry,the ternary material is prepared and calcined. The sintering of the ternarymaterial is an oxidation reaction, which requires a certain amount of oxygen toparticipate in the reaction.

       

      South Korea isat the international advanced level in the field of powder research anddevelopment and industrialization. This forum will further promote thecooperation between Chinese and Korean research institutes and enterprises inthe powder field, promote the development of China's powder technology andindustry, and develop for related disciplines.
